Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for Structured Finance Lawyers to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to England & Wales qualified lawyers with a background in debt investments, as well as infrastructure equity.

What you should have:

  • Qualified lawyer with solid post-qualification experience of at least 5 years gained in a relevant jurisdiction
  • Expertise in structured finance or debt finance
  • Ability to cover debt investments, infrastructure equity, and some European real estate investments
  • Ability to prioritise and to work under time pressure
  • Strong oral and written communication and inter-personal skills
  • Lateral thinking/problem solving ability
