Konexo Legal Resourcing is supporting a growing pipeline of opportunities with leading in-house legal teams, including several FTSE100 organisations. We are keen to speak with freelance Paralegals with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements)
- Supporting contract negotiations and advising on contractual risk
- Assisting with data protection and GDPR-related contractual matters
- Managing workload effectively and escalating legal risks where appropriate
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Able to manage a varied workload independently and meet deadlines
- Commercially minded, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
