Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to Regulatory Investigations Lawyers and Paralegals with experience in the technology sector.
What you should have:
- Experience working within a tech platform company.
- Contentious disputes regulatory experience with an EU or UK legal qualification or non-EU/UK, ideally with strong experience in content regulation or transferable skills from other regulatory environments.
- Regulatory experience including complex investigations and/or a combination of regulatory and litigation experience.
- Very strong ability to collaborate with colleagues, lead cross-functional working groups, and help inform company strategy.
- Ability to respond rapidly to emerging legal issues and regulatory challenges.
- Demonstrated understanding of the legal issues relating to user-generated content, gained either in-house or in private practice.
