Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is hiring for mid to senior level Commercial Real Estate Lawyers to provide interim support to one of our clients who is a multinational utilities company.
What you should have:
- At least 7 years PQE experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.
- Previous experience of advising on the property law related aspects of Development Consent Orders and/or Compulsory Purchase Orders is essential.
- A background gained either solely within private practice or in a mix of both in-house and private practice roles.
- Experience of working on the real estate transactional aspects of large infrastructure projects, particularly within the energy and utilities sectors would be ideal, but is not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
- Excellent technical drafting skills coupled with a commercially savvy and pragmatic approach.
