Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.

Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers with public procurement law expertise to support both Eversheds Sutherland and our in-house client base which include some of the largest FTSE 100 companies. We are keen to speak to mid – senior level qualified lawyers with deep public procurement law experience.

What you should have:

  • At least 7 years PQE.
  • Solid and consistent experience of advising on UK and EU public procurement requirements, public procurement processes, the regulatory landscape and carrying out regulation assessments.
  • Good knowledge of the provisions and implications of the Public Procurement Act 2023.
  • Experience of guiding in-house procurement teams through RfP tender submissions and advising on how the public procurement processes, rules and procedural requirements are different to private sector procurement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
