Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is hiring for mid to senior level interim planning lawyers to support our client.
What you should have:
- At least 5 years PQE experience as a planning lawyer.
- A background gained either solely within private practice or in a mix of both in-house and private practice roles.
- Experience in development consent orders (DCOs) and/or compulsory purchase orders as well as general planning advisory work is essential.
- Experience of working on the planning and due diligence aspects of large infrastructure projects, particularly within the energy and utilities sectors.
- Experience of drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements and a broad range of other planning and highways agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
- Excellent technical drafting skills coupled with a commercially savvy and pragmatic approach.
