Konexo Legal Resourcing is currently experiencing a notable rise in demand for interim Paralegals to support our in‑house clients through long‑term contracts, including several of the UK’s largest FTSE100 organisations. A qualified candidate should be an Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Know‑Your‑Client (KYC) specialist, with previous experience working in a law firm.

What you should have:

  • Previous AML/KYC, client onboarding, compliance, or financial crime experience gained within a law firm is essential.
  • Experience managing the AML/KYC activity across the full client and matter lifecycle, including client onboarding, matter inception, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, recertification, and remediation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
  • Can travel to the Manchester or London office 3 to 4 times per week.
