Payment Lawyers (hybrid travel to any one of these locations: Bristol, Cardiff, Chester, Edinburgh, Halifax & Leeds.) Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim lawyers to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers with experience in payments, merchant services, banking products and financial services regulation.
What you should have:
- Experience advising on payments, merchant services or related financial services products.
- Strong commercial contracts expertise, including negotiating and drafting bespoke customer and supplier agreements.
- Proven ability to support product development, regulatory change and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of legal, regulatory and governance risk within a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing external legal counsel and panel law firms.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Willing to travel at least two days a week to one of these locations: Bristol, Cardiff, Chester, Edinburgh, Halifax & Leeds.
