Konexo Legal Resourcing is supporting a growing pipeline of opportunities with leading in-house legal teams, including several FTSE100 organisations. We are keen to speak with freelance Paralegals with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. Supporting contract negotiations and advising on contractual risk)
- Assisting with data protection and GDPR-related contractual matters
- Managing workload effectively and escalating legal risks where appropriate
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
