We are seeking a remote, self‑employed HR Consultants who are fluent in Spanish, French, or Portuguese. Konexo Resourcing continues to grow both in the UK and internationally. We provide lawyers, paralegals, project managers, HR professionals, and company secretaries to some of the world’s largest companies. Konexo, a division of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, is expanding its global HR Resourcing and Investigations capability.
We are supporting a major multinational client with a high‑volume programme of workplace investigations. To deliver this work, we are seeking multilingual HR/ER professionals and legally‑qualified investigators who are experienced in objective fact‑finding, stakeholder engagement and management and clear written analysis.
Konexo HR Resourcing connects clients with highly qualified and experienced HR consultants. Our network includes former employment lawyers who now specialise in HR, as well as MCIPD and FCIPD qualified HR practitioners who have held senior roles such as HR Directors, Heads of HR, and specialist ER and IR positions. Many of our consultants also bring cross‑jurisdictional experience, regularly supporting multi‑country matters.
Once onboarded to the Konexo HR bench you will be instructed as an impartial investigator to undertake investigations for a diverse client group:
- Attend scoping calls with Konexo referred clients to agree the scope of the investigation.
- Conduct end‑to‑end workplace investigations (disciplinary, grievance, bullying/harassment, discrimination, ethics/compliance, and conduct‑related matters).
- Carry out interviews with employees, witnesses and managers in Spanish, French or Portuguese, ensuring accuracy, neutrality, and cultural sensitivity.
- Review, analyse and assess evidence against relevant policies and frameworks.
- Produce objective, well‑structured investigation reports that set out factual findings clearly and transparently.
- Present findings back to the client’s HR or Legal teams, the organisation retains full decision-making responsibility.
- Manage your own caseload professionally, often across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
- Ensure all work complies with governance, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the client on progress, alerting them of matters that may change key elements of the scope, such as the time estimate.
We are looking for HR consultants who are:
- Fluent in Spanish, French or Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Experienced in Employee Relations, and workplace investigations, perhaps you have supported multi-national clients or worked outside of the UK.
- Skilled at gathering evidence, conducting balanced interviews, and preparing concise, factual reports.
- Comfortable and experienced in working independently and navigating sensitive or complex matters.
- CIPD‑qualified HR professionals (MCIPD/FCIPD) or similar, or individuals with experience in regulated environments are highly desirable.
- Legally qualified professionals, including former employment lawyers who now operate as independent investigators, are strongly encouraged to apply.
