Konexo Legal Resourcing is currently experiencing a notable rise in demand for Employment Lawyers to support our in-house clients on interim contracts, including several of the UKβs largest FTSE100 organisations. We are keen to speak to qualified lawyers who are commercially minded Employment and/or HR specialists.
Responsibilities and Experience:
- Advise on UK and international employment law issues including employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence, exits, and performance management.
- Provide commercially driven, risk-aware guidance during investigations, disputes, settlements, and tribunals.
- Assist with restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and organisational change projects.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements, and related documents.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively.
- Manage varied workloads independently, effectively handle legal risks, and escalate when necessary.
