Konexo Legal Resourcing is a well-established and fast growing team created to meet demand for high quality interim lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers to support both clients and internal Eversheds Sutherland teams.
Konexo Legal Resourcing is hiring for mid-level consumer credit lawyers to support our client.
What you should have:
- The ability to take ownership as the Legal representative to assist UK and Canada Product and Engineering teams in developing innovative and compelling personal finance tools for consumers.
- Experience in assisting Business Development and Partnerships teams with onboarding and handling business partners, their product offerings, and any integration or implementation needs.
- Skills to assist creative, brand, and revenue marketing teams in developing marketing materials for a wide array of platforms, including reviewing marketing, advertising, financial promotions, and other communication materials for legal and regulatory issues.
- Capability to engage in cross-functional projects with multiple colleagues to manage existing risks or proactively identify and mitigate upcoming risks.
- Proficiency in assessing the business impact of new and evolving legal and regulatory requirements in the consumer financial products space.
- Ability to educate internal teams in a simple, easy-to-understand way about regulatory issues as they relate to a wide range of products and features.
- Talent for providing meaningful, business-savvy guidance that creatively solves legal and business issues.
- Competence in making risk-based decisions on when and how to take smart risks to achieve the business’s goals.
