Our Legal Team Consulting practice is well established, helping corporate legal functions deliver lasting change and measurable results through Operating Model Design, Technology and Process Optimisation, and Data Analytics.

Konexo Legal Team Consulting is seeing increased demand for freelance Legal Transformation and Operating Model Consultants to support our in-house clients, including some of the UK's largest FTSE 100 organisations. We are keen to speak with consultants who have experience designing and implementing operating models across people, process and technology lenses, ideally gained within a Big Four consulting firm or a leading advisory environment.

This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals operating at Junior Manager to Senior Manager level who enjoy combining project management, analysis, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving to deliver meaningful change within legal functions; and are able to prepare high quality reports and materials for clients at pace to demonstrate progress and findings.

What you should have:

  • Experience working with in-house legal teams and an understanding of their common challenges in supporting organisations across sectors
  • Experience designing and delivering legal operating models and transformation programmes.
  • Strong PowerPoint, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling client-facing reports and recommendations.
  • Experience gathering, interpreting and presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, ideally including Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
  • An understanding of legal technology and its role within modern legal operating models.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
