Commercial Lawyer – Legal Operations Focus
Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer with demonstrable experience in legal operations. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to global legal processes, project management, and operational transformation across EMEA and APAC regions..
We are keen to speak to qualified commercial lawyers 2 years PQE up to senior level lawyers.
What you should have:
- Qualified as a commercial lawyer with proven experience in legal operations.
- Strong project management skills, including experience managing trackers, updating playbooks, and researching local laws.
- Familiarity with contract processing systems and ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting legal panels and managing professional relationships.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace to build and maintain internal databases and hub sites.
- Ability to create playbooks, visualisations, and process flows for internal workflows.
- Experience generating reports and management information (MI) for leadership.
- Working knowledge of Legal Tracker and other eBilling tools.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to providing ad hoc support across regional legal operations teams.
- Experience working within the Technology sector is essential. .
