Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim Legal Operations Professionals to lead and deliver end-to-end legal transformation initiatives to support our in-house clients which include some of the largest FTSE100 companies. We are keen to speak to Legal Ops professionals who have 3-5 years of strong Legal Operations experience ideally within a large, complex organisation.
Role Focus
- Lead and deliver legal transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Drive process improvement, analysis, mapping, and implementation across legal operations.
- Work closely with legal teams, TTO, and business stakeholders to turn strategy into practical delivery.
- Use Lean and Agile approaches to simplify processes and improve outcomes.
- A proven track record delivering legal transformation projects, not just coordinating them.
What you should have:
- 3-5 years’ of Legal Operations experience.
- Experience with Lean, Agile or sprint-based delivery models.
- Pragmatic with governance, avoiding overly rigid or documentation-heavy approaches.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, troubleshoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
- Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
- Immediately available for a 10 month full-time contract.
- Comfortable working on a hybrid basis from London Paddington.
