MISSION OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven PCO Telesales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing members by phone and chat, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to maximise sales opportunities.
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities and outcomes.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Handle member questions and objections professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and high levels of member satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCO products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards.
