Powered by Konecta Group, we support our partner's digital transformation and cultural change by staying transparent and inclusive, seeking progress rather than perfection. We are currently looking for a MarTech Specialist who will help us drive crisp service, automation, and innovation within Coca-Cola’s consumer engagement and social media marketing technology stack, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company.
An important part of our ecosystem is our Consumer Engagement and Social teams. This team is responsible for engagement and daily interaction with our final consumer, social reporting, clarifying doubts, and following up on quality complaints, among other elements. This role will act as a key enabler of the Consumer Engagement Team.
You will have 2+ years of experience in the social media marketing space, either within social media reporting, social community management, or social tool administration or governance role. Experience within consumer care and social media marketing technology tools such as Sprinklr and Netbase is essential. You will also be able to provide centralized and networked social, consumer-focused channel governance. You should have the ability to provide input into strategic product management roadmaps and innovation ambitions.
You will enable standardized social reporting to global standards and enable local reporting (queries, templates, tagging etc.) in Sprinklr. You will help local markets representation within the social martech stack and manage reporting for campaign facilitation – more coordination, facilitation, orchestration, efficiency, customization when needed. Training on specific tools and systems will be provided.
Focus on intake ticket system (JIRA) and SLAs in place to support the teams with Sprinklr, Social Media Calendars etc. Suggest automation ideas, tool configuration, QA, localization of global reporting dashboards, local dashboard requirements (customization), focus on tagging within social martech, consumer care and social care martech local training guides, onboarding, offboarding, requirements gathering for reporting and martech enhancements, adoption and rollout of new standards, features, methodologies, systems, projects across reporting and martech at regional and local levels, and automation focus across reporting and martech.
Facilitate local, regional, global routines and communication/coordination between hubs and global reporting/martech.
Who are you?
Above all, you are passionate about Consumer Care, social media marketing, as well as Marketing Technology and SAAS tools. You aren’t afraid to dive deep into the social technology stack and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our environments. You are a hard-working individual with a background in either Consumer Care, Social Media, MarTech, or Analytics.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you like working at global and local levels, and have prior experience with popular consumer care management/social media management tools (Sprinklr, TweetDeck, HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc.). You demonstrate an understanding of the social technology universe, trends in automation in the space, and knowledge of key digital best practices. Someone who is digitally savvy enough to understand how Microsoft Lists works and who can easily learn more about Power Automate (no code required, but being digitally savvy certainly helps).
More importantly, someone with good soft skills because there will be a lot of project management and communication efforts to educate, train, and support to make this roll-out successful. You don't drive change with programming skills; you drive change by connecting with people.
You have experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and projects. You are not afraid to get stuck in and take ownership, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines to deliver best-in-market social learnings to continuously engage and retain brand fans.
Important: Konecta Digital, Social and Consumer Engagement Team is dedicated to exclusively support the digital strategy of its client Coca-Cola. You will be employed by Konecta Group or our local third-party employment partner who will be responsible for all aspects related to the employment contract and relationship.
