  • Repairs Manager to join our

London Heathrow Team.

If you're someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping projects moving, and making sure customers receive a great service from start to finish, this could be the role for you.

As a Repair Manager, you'll take ownership of the repair journey from the moment a request comes in through to a successful handover to the delivery team.

You'll be the key point of contact, working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep repairs on track, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You'll typically spend 3–4 days a week in the office, working alongside the team and meeting with customers when needed. A driving license is mandatory.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing repair KPIs from quotation through to handover.
  • Collaborating with Repairs Supervisors and delivery teams to ensure works are accuratly quoted and delivered to scope.
  • Building lasting relationships and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Keeping communication clear, timely, and proactive throughout each repair.
  • Revewing costs against actuals, and ensuring margins are correct and works are priced accuratly.
  • Supporting the Operations in managing the P&L of the department.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and a natural approach to solving problems.
  • Previous experience in repairs, construction, engineering, facilities, or a similar customer-focused coordination role is beneficial but not essential.
