The Sales Support provides essential support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, and assisting with sales processes in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle to help the team achieve its targets.
Key Experiences & Skills:
- Sales support, manage pricing and tender offering
- Supports salesperson during tender submissions by gaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items required.
- Completion of requests for credit checks.
- Completion of PQQs and quality questionnaires on tender returns.
- Utilises Tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
- Collaborates with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data (CRM).
- Creation of Asset Management reports following surveys.
Customer relationship coordination:
- Supports development of customer relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Qualifies leads with customers and organises sales visits.
Manage Sales Funnel:
- Collaborates with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders, contracts.
- Owns the Coordination and submission of tenders.
People:
- Collaborates with Internal teams.
- Engages with the team members to achieve better results through sharing of best practices.
Key Skills & Experiences:
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft and CRM (Salesforce) literacy.
- Good administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail.
