We are seeking a highly driven Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our Repairs business on a 17-month fixed-term contract. This is a front-line commercial leadership role focused on delivering immediate, measurable impact through increased sales activity, robust pipeline management, and improved conversion rates. You will take ownership of an established team and customer portfolio, with a clear mandate to drive performance, accelerate growth, and deliver results from day one. What You Will Be Doing
- Drive Sales Growth & Results β Own and deliver order intake, revenue, and margin targets; drive a culture of high activity, strong conversion, and accountability; ensure consistent growth in pipeline value and order book.
- Increase Activity & Pipeline Strength β Lead high levels of sales activity (calls, quotations, follow-ups) across the team; establish and maintain a disciplined weekly sales rhythm with clear performance tracking; ensure a clean, active pipeline with clear ownership and progression.
- Improve Conversion & Win Rate β Drive improvements in hit rate through coaching, deal ownership, and follow-up discipline; ensure quotations are timely, competitive, and professionally managed; support key opportunities to maximise conversion and margin performance.
- Customer Growth β Strengthen relationships with key customers and decision-makers; drive proactive engagement and early opportunity identification; expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
- Lead & Develop the Team β Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results; coach individuals on sales discipline, negotiation, and closing techniques; proactively manage performance recognising success and addressing gaps quickly; support both performance delivery and personal development within the team; champion a digital, forward-thinking mindset, aligned with evolving tools and customer expectations.
- Use Data & Tools to Win β Utilise CRM and digital platforms to manage pipeline, track performance, and drive decisions; maintain high standards of data accuracy and visibility; identify opportunities to increase efficiency, activity levels, and conversion rates.
