We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director in Ireland based in Dublin, to lead our sales team, driving sustainable growth, developing high-performing teams, and developing further KONE's leading position in the market.

The role As Sales Director, you'll implement and deliver the sales strategy for your business area, ensuring we continue to grow our customer base while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

You'll lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and use market insight to identify opportunities that support long-term business success.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure sales performance, forecasting and customer strategies are aligned with KONE's wider business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver the sales strategy to drive profitable growth, increase market share and strengthen KONE's leading market position across the region.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing sales teams, setting clear objectives, developing capability and creating a culture focused on collaboration and results.
  • Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, working closely with key customers, influencers and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive commercial performance through effective pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategies and sales performance analysis.
  • Use market insight to shape business decisions, identifying emerging opportunities, monitoring competitor activity and ensuring the right solutions are offered to each customer segment.
  • Champion operational excellence, embedding global sales processes, ensuring effective resource planning and continuously improving the customer experience.

What we're looking for We're looking for a commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with a passion for developing people and building lasting customer relationships.

Experience leading sales teams in the construction and maintenance facilities preferable.

Previous experience in the lift and escalator industry is not a requirement.
