KONE is seeking a Project Manager to join our Lift Installation team in Scotland, primarily covering the Central Belt from Glasgow to Edinburgh, with opportunities to support projects across the wider region.
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for project scope, cost, and schedule management, and delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives. You will be in daily contact with our clients, subcontractors and your KONE colleagues, keeping all parties working together smoothly.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CSE Design, and QS teams to drive project success
- Manage and support a team of 2 Testers while collaborating within a wider team of 14 engineers, ranging from apprentices to experienced specialists.
- Deliver projects using the latest KONE technologies
- Oversee a diverse portfolio - from small modernisations to large-scale new build projects across retail, leisure, and infrastructure sectors
What we need from you:
- Proven project management experience, ideally in the lift industry, with engineering or construction backgrounds also considered.
- Full UK drivers licence
