KONE are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for current construction managers looking to take the next step in their career, as well as experienced Project Managers seeking a new challenge within a global industry leader.
You will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient delivery of lift and escalator projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to KONE’s high quality standards. Working across London and selected Kent locations, you will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage lift and escalator projects from handover to completion
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Manage project costs, forecasting and planning
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with KONE safety and quality standards
- Experience in project or construction management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driving license (essential)
