The Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist supports the Maintenance Offering and Sales Development Manager in developing and implementing maintenance sales approaches and offerings in a frontline. You will analyse related KPIs, propose improvement actions, support the rollout of KONE Way programs, and train sales teams in the usage of sales and sales management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyses maintenance offering and pricing data and KPIs.
- Identifies and proposes concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
- Maintains sales and tendering tools and price lists.
- Trains sales teams in the usage of sales, tendering, and sales management tools.
- Supports sales teams in optimising dimensioning by sales role and in assigning clear responsibilities for each sales team member, given local business characteristics (e.g. LIS-base, customers by group and segment, renegotiation and conversion volumes, claims, etc.).
- Supports sales teams in analysing internal and external data for sales planning and assists in the completion of high-quality sales plans.
- Collects feedback and competitor data from their market.
- Contributes to local offering and pricing development.
- Supports in coordinating Unit’s improvement activities and development programs.
- Supports in the rollout of KONE Way (internal projects) sales programs.
- Supports in implementation, ramp-up, and ramp-down of products and new releases.
- Supports in marketing activities and campaigns and in the creation of material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying, and communicating KONE benefits and advantages of maintenance offerings.
- Supports in demand planning and forecasting from frontlines to supply lines (repairs & spares).

- Experience in business performance management is desirable.
- Experience in sales/sales management is essential.
- Industry, construction, or relevant other B2B environment is desirable.
