As a National Accounts Project Manager, you will serve as the primary interface with key Kone personnel responsible for delivering customer projects. You will coordinate with internal Kone teams and external customer representatives to ensure smooth project execution by regional teams and adherence to schedules. Daily communication with clients and KONE colleagues—including Construction Managers, Project Managers, CSE, Key Account Managers, and document controllers—is essential to facilitate collaboration.
Typical daily responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and monitoring the execution of installation projects for key account customers in sectors such as Retail, Hotel and Leisure, and Facility Management.
- Acting as the main contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and escalations.
- Reviewing project proposals with Kone representatives to establish timelines and providing detailed programs from Construction or Project Managers to track progress with customer representatives.
- Leading additional projects like LED lighting or Auto dialler works with regional service teams when required.

- Proven experience managing projects at a site level within a commercial environment.
