- 05.30Working night shifts: Sunday to ThursdayWe’re looking for an Area Service Manager (ASM)Nights to join our KONE Pan TFL team, supporting the night shift management of our Lift Engineers within our London Underground operations.
It is hybrid in that it will require and involve office work (including a degree of home working) The role will require regular, routinely nightly site attendance to assist maintenance delivery, quality and safety.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, keeping operations running smoothly and working in a busy, safety-focused environment.The roleAs Area Service Manager Nights , you’ll support the management of our engineering teams, helping to ensure work is planned effectively, customers are supported and our engineers have what they need to deliver a safe and reliable service.This is predominantly an office-based role in London (exact office to be confirmed) working closely with engineers and the wider operational team.What you'll be doingManaging and supporting Lift Engineers on night operations within our London Underground business.Coordinating day-to-day engineering activities and workloadSupporting engineer performance, development and wellbeingHelping to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on timeMonitoring operational performance and responding to issuesWorking closely with customers and internal teamsSupporting planning, resources and priorities across the operationPromoting a strong safety cultureLeading by example and helping maintain a positive, supportive team environmentWhat we are looking for:Proven experience managing or supervising engineering/technical teamsConfidence managing people and dealing with day-to-day operational challengesStrong communication and organisational skillsCan prioritise effectively in a busy environmentProactive, can-do approachComfortable working with different stakeholdersUnderstanding the importance of safety, quality and customer serviceLift industry experience is desirableFull UK driving licenseWhat We OfferAnnual bonusCompany car25 days holiday plus
