  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Actively participate in regional business development initiatives and key account planning.
  • Maintain visibility across the sales funnel and personally support critical opportunities when required.
  • Share best practices and demonstrate high standards of customer engagement and solution selling.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, consultants, developers, contractors, and key influencers.
  • Support the growth and retention of strategic key accounts.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and executives to strengthen KONE's market position.

  • Develop and execute Regional Sales Plans and Individual Sales Plans.
  • Lead sales forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline reviews.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and high standards of sales discipline across the team.
  • Use market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Drive accountability for sales activity, opportunity progression, and conversion performance.
