At KONE, we’re looking for a Construction Manager to lead installation projects across London, ensuring safe, efficient delivery while supporting and developing engineering teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing construction and installation projects from start to completion

  • Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard

  • Monitoring performance, resources and project timelines

  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and KONE standards

  • Supporting continuous improvement and team development

What are we looking for?

  • Experience managing construction, engineering or installation projects

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Lift, escalator or engineering industry experience desirable
