We are looking for an experienced Doors Engineer to join our service team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding of industrial doors and a small amount of automatic doors, ensuring excellent customer service and the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs
  • Diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with KONE safety standards and quality procedures
  • Build strong relationships with customers, site contacts, and internal teams
  • Accurately complete documentation and reports using digital tools
  • Participate in an on-call rota where required

  • Proven experience as a Doors Engineer (Industrial doors essential)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of relevant safety standards and legislation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Full UK driving license
  • Qualified in doors
