b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the field service operation across Birmingham and the Midlands, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of maintenance and callouts. You will manage a team of field technicians, collaborating with planners, engineers and internal stakeholders to keep services running smoothly. You’ll balance people, customers, performance and commercial priorities on a day-to-day basis.
