We are currently looking for an Engineer Surveyor (Lifts) to join our Sales team on a full-time basis. This role will cover Scotland and focus on conducting equipment surveys for Lift Modernisation projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accountable for site visits and surveying the equipment in accordance with KONE standards, respecting safety rules.
  • Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested.
  • Uploads data from site surveys into CRM.
  • Updates global database by request and provides reports.
  • Takes part in client and internal meetings, work groups, related to quality and technical issues, provides technical recommendations, maintains excellent relationships with customers.

Professional Requirements

  • Previous experience in lift service/maintenance/installation ideally with old model of lifts.
  • Technical knowledge within the Lift Industry on various types/manufacturers of equipment.
  • Curious attitude towards equipment and environment.
  • Knowledge of Safety and Maintenance actions (for example: how to access the machine room, shaft, stop the lift etc.).
  • Strong customer skills.
