Within its People & Communications teams, KONE is currently looking for People ( HR) Adviser who is passionate about people and would like to contribute to creating an exceptional working environment. In this role you will work closely with People Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists to provide support with employee relations cases, employee performance, employee engagement and retention, data analytics and general administration. The job is based in West Yorkshire ( Keighley ), and reports to our People Operations Manager. This is a permanent role. Key accountabilities: Advise and coach line managers on employee relations processes and legislation. Preparation for and participation in investigations, disciplinary, capability, grievance meetings, and appeals; ensuring cases are managed promptly, professionally and in line with procedures. To keep accurate recordings of cases including minutes and letters. Management of short-term sickness absence cases, with involvement in meetings.
