Construction / Installation Manager is accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of the assigned project(s). The Manager acts as the KONE interface to customer and other stakeholders during the project with primary focus on customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage projects from sales/installation hand‑over to completion, including handover to customer and maintenance.
  • Lead successful project start‑up, project reviews, reporting and facilitation.
  • Responsible for site preparations, readiness, storage, logistics and required resources and tools.
  • Lead and manage the installation team, including subcontractors; plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences; motivate site operatives.
  • Accountable for proactive communication with customers throughout the project and professional stakeholder management.
  • Accountable for financial planning, forecasting, cash‑flow and revenue management (capitalising on change‑order opportunities).
  • Create and maintain safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors; ensure adherence to KONE’s and the customer’s safety and security policies.
