KONE is seeking a Purpose Service Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom to evaluate, develop, and lead a Service Delivery team, ensuring strategy is executed with a customer-centric focus and operational excellence across budgets and guidelines.

You will oversee parts procurement, inventory and delivery, drive first-time fulfillment, maintain UK depot stock for next-day service, manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement to support growth.
