- Receives, examines, and processes requests from field contacts, collects all necessary information from Supply Line (SL) units, and responds to requests from field contacts.
- Receives orders for elevators/equipment/components from field contacts and records them in the SL unit's order book.
- Verifies received orders, communicates them to technical teams, and confirms them to field contacts.
- Drafts, collects, and sends necessary technical information to field contacts. Mobilises internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Informs field contacts of the availability of diagrams to be approved in EDMS.
- Receives and processes clarification requests from field contacts and responds to them.
- Confirms delivery times for materials and communicates prices to field contacts.
- Receives confirmations of 'point of no return' from field contacts and records them in the ERP system.
- Informs field contacts of any delivery issues.
- Communicates and collaborates actively and effectively with field contacts, including through visits or meetings, including with clients.
- Manages the financial results of orders (transmits order amounts and project profitability analyses to field contacts).
