Obowiązki kierownika/specjalisty ds. zaopatrzenia:
- Zapewnianie terminowych i konkurencyjnych cenowo dostaw materiałów/produktów o wysokiej jakości do jednostki.
- Odpowiedzialność za wydatki dotyczące danej kategorii zaopatrzeniowej.
- Realizowanie celów i dostarczanie materiałów określonych przez kierownika ds. zaopatrzenia jednostki.
- Wspieranie wdrożenia inicjatyw zaopatrzeniowych dotyczących jednostki i/lub kategorii.
- Prowadzenie współpracy między obszarami funkcjonalnymi i relacji z interesariuszami.
- Prowadzenie negocjacji z lokalnymi dostawcami, dokonywanie selekcji i zarządzanie nimi w oparciu o proces zaopatrzenia strategicznego firmy KONE (BENIM).
- Zarządzanie problemami jakościowymi dotyczącymi dostawców poziomu 2.
- Wspieranie procesu sporządzania regularnych raportów dotyczących wskaźników KPI jednostki, w tym miesięcznych danych dotyczących budżetu/prognoz.
- Aktualizowanie i utrzymywanie cenników we właściwych systemach i bazach danych.
- Zapewnianie przestrzegania i stosowania polityk i procedur dotyczących zaopatrzenia firmy KONE (KSO).
- Zapewnianie przestrzegania standardów w zakresie jakości, bezpieczeństwa i ochrony środowiska.
