We are seeking an Installer (Improver) to join our team in the North East, covering Middlesborough to Newcastle. An Improver is typically an entry-level or training role within the installation team. The position involves supporting qualified installers with on-site work while learning the trade. An Improver assists with tasks such as:

  • Preparing materials
  • Handling tools and equipment
  • Maintaining a safe and organised site
  • Helping with basic installation activities under supervision

The role is focused on developing technical skills, understanding KONE installation methods, and gaining experience in safety practices, quality standards, and customer interaction.
