Service Activities:
- Responsibility for the safety of end-users and locations.
- Responsibility for a safe working environment.
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by technicians, using proper failure analysis procedures.
- Conducting initial visits regarding unknown equipment from competitors or KONE.
- Assessing installation and maintenance handovers and assisting the supervisor in this regard.
- Communicating new technical issues detected in equipment that may cause calls or safety hazards (and creating related potential customers).
- Actively identifying any gaps in technical competencies caused by the use of new equipment (caused by competition and new equipment) and notifying the supervisor/technical support department.
- Providing feedback on any repairs/modifications that may reduce call-outs, and actively communicating with Clinica service specialists, Clinica service analysts, and the technical support department.
- Responsibility for applying safe working practices and carrying out activities according to service and safety instructions.
- Effectively planning own workload in agreement with the service supervisor.
- Reporting potential customers to the supervisor.
- Very precise and timely reporting of completed work according to the process.
- Submitting timekeeping cards based on completed work.
- Managing stock supplies (shelving, inventory, warehouse shifts, etc.), determining the need for spare parts, requesting spare parts from the supervisor.
- Maintaining service tools, vehicles, instruments, etc. in a safe, good condition and performing their maintenance.
- Participating in ongoing product, method, and safety improvements by providing feedback to the PCM organisation and supervisor.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing quality and regular, proactive, and precise on-site communication (planned arrival time in response to a call, completed task, etc.).
- Accurate real-time reporting of completed work (at the equipment level) to ensure accuracy of e-Optimum notifications and customer information.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, designated contacts, and end-users at the location by acting as an ambassador.
- Responsibility for the safety and functioning of equipment.
- Managing the location environment during service activities.
- Identifying location risks and reporting them to the supervisor.
- Taking immediate action at the location upon detecting high risk and following escalation procedures.
- Identifying unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, contacting the designated contact at the location, obtaining their consent for non-contractual matters, and carrying out such repairs.
Leadership/Human Resource Management:
- Regularly providing the supervisor with up-to-date information on all relevant topics.
- Knowledge of all aspects of lift technology and participation in proposed training.
- Enhancing the competencies of maintenance technicians by explaining root causes and solutions to technical problems.
- Spreading knowledge about fieldwork documents, new maintenance technologies (ASG), and Express product information.
- Conducting training/instruction for individuals designated by the supervisor (knowledge transfer).
- Active communication with representatives of installation teams.
