Project Coordinator – Delivery Operations (Glasgow)
At KONE, a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Delivery Operations team in Glasgow.
The role supports the successful delivery of projects across the region, reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Construction Managers with day‑to‑day project administration.
- Monitor project costs, forecasts and financial performance, highlighting any variances.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate purchase requests, goods receipts and invoice processing.
- Support change order administration and project close‑out activities.
- Prepare customer and project documentation, ensuring approvals and signatures are obtained on time.
- Coordinate labour planning, subcontractor documentation and installation administration in partnership with the Construction Manager and Installation Resource Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working with financial information and project data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
