KONE is seeking an Escalator Field Trainer to support our Installation teams across the UK. The role blends hands-on coaching with technical training in the field, with regular overnight stays and travel paid.
You will oversee around 15 apprentices and improvers, helping to build competence and raise installation standards nationwide. The successful candidate will have strong escalator engineering experience, a background in installation, and the ability to coach others in live environments.
