The Business Development & Offering Specialist supports the Maintenance Offering and Sales Development Manager in developing and implementing maintenance sales approach and offering in a frontline. You will analyse related KPIs, propose improvement actions, support rollout of KONE Way programs and train sales teams in the usage of sales- and sales management tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse maintenance offering, pricing data, and KPIs.
  • Identify and propose concrete improvement actions based on analysis.
  • Maintain sales and tendering tools and price lists.
  • Train sales teams in usage of sales, tendering, and sales management tools.
  • Support sales teams in optimizing dimensioning by sales role and in assigning clear responsibilities for each sales team member, given local business characteristics (e.g., LIS‑base, customer group and segment, renegotiation and conversion volumes, claims etc.).
  • Support sales teams in analyzing internal and external data for sales planning and in completing high‑quality sales plans.
  • Collect feedback and competitor data from their market.
  • Contribute to local offering and pricing development.
  • Coordinate the Unit’s improvement activities and development programs.
  • Roll out KONE Way (internal projects) sales programs.
  • Implement, ramp‑up and ramp‑down products and new releases.
  • Support marketing activities and campaigns and create material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying and communicating KONE benefits and advantages of maintenance offering.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting from frontlines to supply lines (repairs & spares).

Qualifications and Key Skills

  • Experience in business performance management (desirable).
  • Experience in sales or sales management (essential).
  • Experience in industry, construction or other B2B environment (desirable).
  • Contract experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in presenting CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
  • Ability to prioritize and attention to detail.
  • Data‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Collaborative team player.
