What’s the opportunity? You will have the opportunity to work on client engagements for the leading players within the Wealth Management industry – helping them define and implement best practice strategies and solutions to enhance their current operations. Depending on the engagement you might be responsible for leading projects or for leading workstreams on larger projects, designing software or resolving problems using your industry knowledge. Ultimately we need people with a 'can do' attitude and strong collaboration skills to help make our clients successful.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the Wealth Management industry. You must have consulting, design or operations experience in the Wealth Management industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within Wealth Management
- A strong desire to help Konduki grow
- Strong skillsets across: relationship building, logical and structured thinking, problem solving, communication, presentation, leadership, mentoring, teamwork, and numeracy and analytical skills
- A strong moral compass and desire to do the right thing
What’s on offer? Various roles on 6mth contract outside IR35. Hybrid working so there is a requirement to come into London occasionally (to be dictated by the client).
