The Role
We’re looking for a junior Data & Scouting Assistant to join full-time, working 5 days a week (3 days in our Windsor office with 2 days flexible remote options). You will leverage professional scouting tools and data analysis to ensure player and game realism.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, adjust, and manage data in our bespoke online tool.
- Contribute to player, coach, and team data.
- Support data-driven projects and live service operations.
- Track global football competitions for ongoing updates.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance gameplay accuracy.
- Support the Data & Scouting Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum undergraduate degree in Performance Analysis, Sports & Exercise Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- This is a graduate-level role requiring specialist academic training; applications without a relevant degree will not be considered.
- Deep football knowledge and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrable interest and knowledge of football video games.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient with Opta ProVision, WyScout, or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Looking to improve and develop professionally.
- Right to work in the UK.
