Kona Medical Consulting is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Behavior Technicians (BTs) for immediate openings in Ashburn and Aldie, Virginia. This role is a direct hire under TIBS for Kids, a respected provider of ABA therapy services across the state.
Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges. You will work in various settings—homes, clinics, schools, and community environments—to support each child's growth and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Teach skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Be punctual and reliable across all assigned sessions
Requirements
Education: Associate Degree (Required)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with children (Preferred). Prior ABA or special education experience is a plus.
Work Location: In-person sessions in Ashburn and Aldie, VA.
