Your Role
As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything, you’ll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Your Responsibilities Include
- First point of contact for HR queries, providing clear and practical advice.
- Support and lead on employee relations cases (attendance, conduct, performance, grievances).
- Advise managers on applying HR policies fairly and consistently.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and records.
- Assist with investigations and fact-finding when required.

- An experienced HR Advisor who delivers results and thrives in a fast-paced environment
