About the Role
Komplex Community is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RMN and RNLD) to lead a caseload of clients with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism in the community. This role requires a strong clinical leader who ensures compliance with CQC regulations, mentors and advises teams, and works collaboratively with NHS and other professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
