We specialise in providing high-quality, complex care services to adult and paediatric clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of care services across the North East
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans
- Inspire, motivate, and mentor a compassionate team of Healthcare Assistants

About You
- Proven experience in a managerial role within care
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
