Your Role
As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you will play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything; you will engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating job ads that attract quality candidates aligned with our corporate values
- Sourcing talent through job boards, social media, and networks
- Screening and matching applicants to roles that fit their skills and our ethos
- Managing interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Sharing recruitment insights and strategies with leadership
- Working collaboratively with the wider recruitment team and partner the different brands of our group to successfully deliver staffing requirements
- Keeping processes compliant, efficient, and cost-effective
