Your Role
- As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you will shape first impressions and build lasting connections. Communication is everything; you’ll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
- Complete pre‑employment checks to ensure compliance before start dates.
- Coordinate inductions and PRICE training for new starters.
- Carry out vetting checks (DBS, Right to Work, references, qualifications).
- Maintain secure and compliant personnel records in line with GDPR.
- Monitor staff compliance (training, DBS renewals, Right to Work, licences, NMC pins).
- Liaise with candidates, managers and teams to support onboarding.
- Prepare and issue contracts, onboarding packs and HR documentation.
- Ensure personnel files are audit‑ready and meet regulatory standards.
- Chase outstanding documentation and, when necessary, raise and mitigate risks.
- Provide general HR and compliance administrative support.
Qualifications
- Experience as a recruiter producing results in a fast‑paced environment.
- A bubbly, approachable personality that makes candidates feel welcome.
- Strong communication skills – you will be the voice and face of Komplex Group for new hires.
- Business Administration Level 2 qualification, or working toward it.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using HRIS and other digital tools.
