Your Role As the face of Komplex Group for new talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping first impressions and building lasting connections. Communication is everything, you’ll engage candidates with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Your responsibilities include:
- Complete pre-employment checks to ensure compliance before start dates.
- Coordinate inductions and PRICE training for new starters.
- Carry out vetting checks (DBS, Right to Work, references, qualifications).
- Maintain secure and compliant personnel records in line with GDPR.
- Monitor staff compliance (training, DBS renewals, Right to Work, licences, NMC pins).
- Liaise with candidates, managers and teams to support onboarding.
- Prepare and issue contracts, onboarding packs and HR documentation.
- Ensure personnel files are audit-ready and meet regulatory standards.
- Chase outstanding documentation and escalate risks where needed.
- Provide general HR and compliance administrative support.
